Unlimited download provider

Can anyone reommend the best usenet provider for unlimited download accounts? i have been looking at astraweb, slurp.net, buzzardnews, and usenetserver. My main concern is retention and completion, speed is a concern but IU'm happy with anything over 100kb/sec which isnt a problem for most providers.
